How To Lose 20 Pounds

Why should you lose 20 pounds?

Because you whine that you need to.

And when have you been wrong about anything?

The problem is that most people don't do anything besides whining.

They aren't really ready to lose their unwanted fat.

It's the plain and simple truth.

Here's a little exercise I highly recommend.

Grab a pen and pad. No computers.

Sit down and write exactly why you want to lose fat.

Be truthful. Be specific. Write down why it is so important for you.

If your WHY is big enough, you'll find the HOW.
