What to eat?

Fruits and vegetables, protein, nuts, and healthy fats. It's that simple. Don't spend another dollar on "the latest diet".

Okay, read my nutrition sheet. Help!!! Can you give me some specifics for the "lean" items. Something I can take to work and is easy for us working peeps.
